The location was perfect, just next to the central station. Luggage storage was available during both check-in and check-out which was really helpful. The front desk staff were very attentive and pleasant.

The room was really clean. I liked that. it was a double or twin room, and the beds were actually quite comfortable. the location near the main train station was a big plus for me.

The sound isolation wasn't the best. I could hear some noise from outside and other rooms. it wasn't a huge issue, but it did impact my sleep quality a little.

the location was acceptable, near the main train station.

The room was terribly hot, even with the air conditioning set to winter mode. It didn't cool down at all. opening the windows resulted in traffic noise and smoke from guests smoking outside. The smoke drifted right into my room. i definitely won't book a room at the front of this hotel again!
